Associate Recruiter

Summary

Join Correlation One, an education technology company building the future of workforce development, as an Associate Program Recruiter. You will play a vital role in recruiting talent for our Expert Network, which includes educators, career success professionals, and curriculum writers. This high-volume recruitment role requires full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to offer processing. You will manage multiple priorities, maintain candidate pipelines, and provide excellent candidate experiences. The position is remote and based in Latin America or the MENA region. Success in this role demands strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
• High degree of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong communication ability and relationship building skills
• High degree of self-motivation
• Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, creative and able to think and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
• Provide white glove candidate experience and communications
• Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Process offers and track hires through Worksuite
• Support administrative processes for the Expert Network Recruitment team including, but not limited to, scheduling, data administration, cleaning reports, and organizing communications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech recruiting a plus
• Experience recruiting at high volume a plus
