A Senior Associate Software Engineer at Zinnia will work on developing software for internal stakeholders and clients, provide ongoing support for existing platforms, and collaborate with global teams. They should have 0 to 1 years of experience with Core Java, strong problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming, and a sound understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming. Bonus points are given for experience on enterprise-level applications/products and working in the insurance industry. Requirements

• 0 to 1 years of experience Strong knowledge on Core JAVA
• Strong problem solving and Logical/Analytical Skills
• In depth knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and Multi-Threaded Programming
• Sound understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming, familiarity with Design Patterns
• Database Concepts - PLSQL, Oracle/MSSQL server knowledge

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to develop innovative software for ZINNIA stakeholders
• Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for ZINNIA platforms
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to existing ZINNIA platforms
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotations and/or provide after-hours support
• Collaborate with our global teams, internal stakeholders and customers
• Participate in understanding and review of business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Looking for Advance Java experience along with client technology
• Good to have working experience on enterprise-level applications/products
• Experience working in the insurance industry is advantageous
