Summary

Join Included Health as an Associate Talent Partner and provide critical support and advice to leaders in our Care organization. As a trusted partner, you will offer employee relations support, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate on proactive people strategies. You will work with supervisors and managers to foster an inclusive workplace. This is a remote role reporting to the Manager, Talent Partners. The position involves coaching leaders, resolving workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and serving as a subject matter expert on various HR issues. You will also build relationships with internal partners and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and managing workplace conflict
  • Ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment

Responsibilities

  • Be a primary contact for leaders within the Care organization (large non-exempt population), including coaching and partnering with Supervisors and Managers on people-related matters
  • Provide employee relations support, assisting employees and leaders in resolving workplace concerns while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices
  • Conduct objective and thorough internal investigations, maintaining accurate documentation and detailed records
  • Be a subject matter expert on work-related issues, including performance management, workplace concerns, reasonable accommodations (ADA), wage and hour compliance, complex labor law matters, and involuntary terminations
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners, including Talent Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Legal
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies, programs, and policies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
