Join EXPANSIA's talent acquisition team as a Talent Associate, contributing to finding exceptional talent for our clients and EXPANSIA. This part-time role (20-30 hours/week) involves managing recruiting pipelines, screening candidates, and maintaining records. You will research position descriptions, primarily in technology within a Department of Defense environment, and support EXPANSIA's HR needs. Performance is measured by key metrics, and the hourly rate is $15-$20 with additional commission. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage recruiting pipeline
- Find and review resumes of potential candidates
- Perform initial screening of potential candidates by phone
- Follow up on candidate leads
- Maintain records of potential candidates in a database
- Research position descriptions for a better understanding of the respective field of employment. These are primarily technology positions within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
- Provide talent management help for current/future EXPANSIA needs
- Organize, edit, format, and file EXPANSIA forms and documents
- Assist Facility Security Officer (AFSO) with information in determining candidate security clearance
- Assist in supporting EXPANSIA's Human Resources (HR) as needed
- Attend regular team, staff, and company meetings
- Work regularly with recruiting partner(s) in a team environment
- Support and assist the needs of the leadership team as assigned
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, regardless of work location, whenever working as a representative of EXPANSIA
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge in recruiting, sales, marketing & customer engagement
- Familiarity with maintaining candidate pipelines in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in making cold calls
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews via phone or video
- Hands-on experience with screening/selection processes
- Experience working in a remote work environment
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt in a growing, evolving, company environment
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
