Associate Technical Analyst

Summary

Join GroundTruth as an Associate Technical Analyst and play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our platform and digital advertising campaigns. You will analyze trends, pull data for root cause analysis, create dashboards, and triage requests from internal stakeholders. This remote position based in India requires intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and HTML, along with an understanding of statistics and data visualization tools. Requirements

• SQL—Intermediate
• Python—Basic to Intermediate
• HTML—Intermediate
• Intermediate level understanding of statistics
• Looker/Tableau—Intermediate
• Understanding of data visualization programs (e.g. Grafana, New Relic)
• Front-end web app debugging
• Expert with Chrome dev tools or similar
• Detail-oriented—the little things matter
• Organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver timely work
• A team player and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help when needed

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends to identify discrepancies
• Pull out data points for root cause analysis
• Create dashboards to track analysis
• Triage and respond to requests from internal stakeholders
• Read and maintain reports to proactively flag concerns
• Participate in after-action reviews
• Cultivate organization-wide relationships through listening, understanding challenges, and providing thoughtful solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Some programming experience or the ability to read code is a plus
