Associate Underwriting Services

Summary

Join ReSource Pro as an entry-level Underwriting Associate, supporting external clients' policy processing. You will process Workers' Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, and more, reporting to the Underwriting Manager. No prior insurance experience is needed. This remote position is open to US residents only. After three months, you will handle client requests, complete data entry, solve problems, and cross-train with the MIS team. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day processing of Workers Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements, and final audit transactions
• Respond promptly to client needs and requests over email
• Complete data entry and processing of Workers' Compensation underwriting workflows
• Exercise problem solving skills to resolve or escalate issues or concerns as they arise
• Cross train with MIS team members to ensure effective backup support

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
