You will be a key technical resource, working on multiple client engagements throughout the year, delivering Atlassian-based solutions and leveraging your expertise in system design and implementation. Collaborate with project managers and account executives to provide complete project solutions for measurable business improvement. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience implementing solutions, ideally with several years focused on Atlassian products, and a proven track record in customer engagement and consulting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training--ideally with several years focused on Atlassian products
  • A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
  • Proven experience implementing Atlassian and its products
  • Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
  • Experience with tools such as: Asset Management, Jira Align, Trello, Jira Analytics, Scriptrunner, Advanced Roadmaps, BigPicture (Project Management)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
  • Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development
  • Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality Atlassian-based solutions including architectural system design
  • Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements
  • Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
  • Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
  • Handle customer engagements including scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
  • Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
  • Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Other helpful knowledge areas include: Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro
  • Knowledge of scripting languages is a strong plus (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)
