Summary
Join ServiceRocket's Extended Rocketeer team as a Professional Services Consultant! You'll be a key technical resource on multiple client projects, delivering solutions and implementations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions, facilitating customer discussions, and providing expert guidance. You'll work closely with project managers and account executives to build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, and exceptional consulting and influencing skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training
- A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
- Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
- Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements
- Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
- Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
- Handle customer engagements including scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
- Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
- Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Atlassian and its products (including Jira, Trello, etc)
- Understanding of tools for Asset management, analytics
- Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
- Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development
- Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
