Technology Consultant

Summary

You will facilitate customer discussions, provide expert guidance, and support solution roll-out and adoption. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines (or equivalent in work experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training
• A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
• Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
• Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements
• Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
• Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
• Handle customer engagements including scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
• Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Atlassian and its products (including Jira, Trello)
• Understanding of tools for asset management, analytics
• Asana, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Miro
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
• Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development
• Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
