Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIโs potential impact on the function or industry
- Education: Law degree required
- Experience: At least 3-5 yearsโ relevant experience negotiating technology agreements, including but not limited to SaaS or software licensing agreements
- Sales Support: Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization and closing deals efficiently in collaboration with business teams
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
- Critical Thinking and Judgment: Exceptional critical thinker, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment; must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill complex issues clearly and communicate well both one-on-one and in groups, and in internal and external contexts
- Practical Approach: A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results while maintaining legal and business integrity
- Technical Skills: Proficient drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Global Perspective: Working knowledge or experience working in an international context

Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate customer sales agreements that meet the companyโs requirements under its policies, including those for risk tolerance, while working collaboratively with the business team
