Audience Development Associate

Summary

Join CyberRisk Alliance as an Audience Development Associate and contribute to the success of our custom events. Based in NYC or remotely, you will play a key role in attendee recruitment, providing exceptional delegate support. This involves conducting outreach campaigns, managing attendee inquiries, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams. You will maintain accurate records, contribute to process improvements, and assist with post-event analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, experience with CRM tools, and a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, event operations, or attendee recruitment
• Strong communication skills, including email, phone, and social media outreach
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach campaigns to recruit attendees for CyberRisk Alliance custom events using email, social media, and direct phone calls
• Serve as the primary contact for our event attendee inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Work closely with the event marketing and operations teams to maintain accurate attendee data and ensure recruitment goals are met
• Provide personalized assistance to prospective attendees, addressing questions about registration, event details, and participation requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach efforts and attendee communications
• Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to improve recruitment and support processes
• Assist with post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement

• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology

Benefits

• Compensation range of $55,000 to $60,000 (NYC)
