Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, event operations, or attendee recruitment
  • Strong communication skills, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach campaigns to recruit attendees for CyberRisk Alliance custom events using email, social media, and direct phone calls
  • Serve as the primary contact for our event attendee inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Work closely with the event marketing and operations teams to maintain accurate attendee data and ensure recruitment goals are met
  • Provide personalized assistance to prospective attendees, addressing questions about registration, event details, and participation requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach efforts and attendee communications
  • Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to improve recruitment and support processes
  • Assist with post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $55,000 to $60,000 (NYC)
