Audience Marketing Assistant

Summary

Join From Day One as a Marketing Assistant and contribute to a nationally prominent news and events brand. Requirements

• Possess a 4-year college/university degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related role
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of business software such as MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar
• Possess skill and experience with writing in a business context
• Exhibit outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative, digital, research, and writing tasks in support of the company’s audience development and demand generation needs
• Support all aspects of our virtual event production and promotion process
• Engage in email marketing
• Conduct VIP outreach
• Research potential projects
• Help coordinate with partners
