Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or sales, with a strong focus on the luxury automotive market
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts, especially within the luxury automotive space
  • Extensive knowledge of and network within the luxury automotive industry, including relationships with luxury dealerships and high-net-worth individuals
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and close deals with a variety of audiences, including high-level decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States to meet client needs and expand market reach
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of high-value accounts within the luxury automotive market, focusing on luxury dealerships and high-net-worth clients
  • Expand Lendbuzz’s presence and market share in this premium segment
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key dealership partners and individual luxury car buyers
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and maximum value from Lendbuzz’s financing solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, structuring customized finance solutions
  • Utilize your financial acumen to analyze market data, interpret financial reports, and deliver insights that align with the client’s business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with dealerships and high-value clients, ensuring competitive and beneficial deal structures
  • Influence key stakeholders through excellent communication and persuasive sales techniques
  • Stay ahead of industry trends within the luxury automotive sector, continuously analyzing competitor offerings and market conditions
  • Use this knowledge to adjust strategies and ensure Lendbuzz remains a leader in luxury auto finance
  • Travel extensively across the United States as needed to meet with dealership partners, attend industry events, and foster relationships with key accounts
