Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
  • Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that represents the NeuraFlash brand positively
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, putting you in the top 10% of your current company
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
  • B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Healthcare Contact Center Sales: Identify and engage healthcare organizations to promote and sell Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions tailored to improve patient engagement and streamline operations
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with AWS healthcare vertical across teams focused on providers, payers, and life sciences organizations. Collaborate with AWS teams to co-sell and position contact center solutions built on AWS (Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS GenAI), as well as NeuraFlash products and industry-specific solutions
  • Stay Current on Healthcare Trends: Monitor industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector to proactively adjust sales strategies and recommend relevant AWS-powered solutions
  • Develop Targeted Sales Campaigns: Design and execute sales campaigns focused on healthcare customer experience improvements, leveraging case studies and success stories to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with healthcare clients’ technical requirements and compliance standards
  • Show us your Salesforce skills! Maintain your lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce
