Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
- Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that represents the NeuraFlash brand positively
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, putting you in the top 10% of your current company
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
- B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Drive Manufacturing Contact Center Sales: Identify and engage manufacturing companies to promote and sell Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions designed to optimize supply chain communication, improve customer support, and streamline operations
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with AWS manufacturing vertical teams and key industry players, including OEMs and distributors, automotive, and utilities. Collaborate with AWS teams to co-sell and position contact center solutions built on AWS (Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS GenAI), as well as NeuraFlash products and industry-specific solutions that support operational efficiency and smart factory initiatives
- Stay Current on Manufacturing Trends: Monitor industry trends in supply chain management, production automation, automotive, and utilities to proactively adjust sales strategies and recommend relevant AWS-powered solutions
- Develop Targeted Sales Campaigns: Design and execute sales campaigns focused on enhancing customer service for manufacturing organizations, leveraging case studies and success stories to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with manufacturing clients’ technical requirements, operational goals, and compliance standards
- Show us your Salesforce skills! Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce

- Paint the full picture! As an Account Executive, you will wear the hat of problem solver for your clients. They will explain to you their current pain points, and you will demonstrate how NeuraFlash can help resolve these issues to help the client’s company operate at its’ fullest potential
