Summary

Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a Lifecycle Marketing B2B Strategist. You will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies for B2B clients. This role involves managing campaign operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to optimize performance. You will need 2-5 years of B2B email marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with email platforms. Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
  • Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for PDMโ€™s B2B clients
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel โ€“ marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
  • Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programsโ€™ performance monthly to clients
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
