Join Greenhouse as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Launches and be the driving force behind successful product launches and enablement programs. Lead cross-functional planning and execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure well-coordinated, impactful launches. This role demands a highly organized and deadline-driven individual with creativity and strategic thinking, capable of translating product capabilities into compelling narratives across various touchpoints. You will manage product marketing efforts, including quarterly product launches, newsletters, webinars, and enablement sessions. Responsibilities include GTM planning, messaging framework contribution, integrated campaign shaping, and creation of enablement content. Measure launch performance, gather feedback, and refine the product launch process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- A track record of successfully launching products and managing complex cross-functional projects
- Ability to build detailed launch plans, coordinate timelines, run GTM checklists, and keep cross-functional teams on track
- You thrive in launch countdowns, with an ability to prioritize and drive to delivery under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different channels and personas
- Experience partnering with sales and creating enablement content that drives impact
- An understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and how PMM fits into the broader GTM ecosystem
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Drive project management of our product marketing efforts, including quarterly product package launches, monthly newsletters, roadmap webinars, and monthly Sales and CS enablement sessions
- Lead GTM planning and execution for launchesโowning timelines, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables
- Contribute to messaging frameworks that position our products in a clear, compelling, and differentiated way
- Help shape integrated campaign strategies, ensuring launches are aligned across marketing channels and connected to broader GTM priorities
- Create enablement content, including monthly CGS sessions, product launch materials, and roadmap sessions to support Sales and CS in understanding and promoting releases
- Measure launch performance, gather feedback, and refine our approach to bringing products to market. You will focus on adoption, usage, and internal readiness rather than broader commercial outcomes
