Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the media, content, or licensing industry
- Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and social media strategies
- Experience with LinkedIn as a marketing tool to build connections and generate leads
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Dripify, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure KPIs
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust B2B lead generation strategy to drive traffic and leads for our video licensing business
- Work closely with sales management on outbound strategies
- Collaborate with BDRβs
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting potential buyers, agencies, tv producers and other business clients
- Manage and grow the companyβs presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to engage with target audiences and build relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including email copy, social media posts, blog content, and case studies
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize for conversions and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the video content or creative industries
- Knowledge of video licensing and content distribution models
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools for content creation
