Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing or customer engagement
  • Proven track record of developing and executing ABM campaigns that deliver measurable business results
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize marketing programs
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align efforts and drive results
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including ABM tools, marketing automation systems, and CRMs like Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Design personalized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, direct mail, social media, and in-app experiences to engage pros effectively
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align ABM strategies with company goals and create tailored sales playbooks and marketing collateral
  • Use data and insights to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize accounts, and refine campaigns for maximum impact
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
  • Lead experiments to test new acquisition strategies and scale successful initiatives across key markets
  • Manage ABM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, and other Martech systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the home services or tech industries
  • Familiarity with Donald Miller’s StoryBrand framework for crafting clear, customer-centric messaging
  • An MBA or related certifications in ABM, demand generation, or digital marketing
  • Experience working in a virtual-first, remote environment
