Summary

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a payments department, including
  • Processing payouts and pay-ins (deposits)
  • Reviewing and accepting client deposits
  • Processing client withdrawals
  • Reviewing customer documents for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out) and ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely mannerIy
  • Depth understanding of international payments
  • Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks
  • Communicating with the Company’s payment providers
  • Liaising with banks
  • Support related to banking transactions
  • Identifying signs of financial crime including money laundering and terrorist financing to identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio
  • The employee might take additional responsibilities from time to time according to the overall company’s workload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience in a financial institution (e.g. banking sector or fintech) is a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
