Summary

The Business Development Associate will work cross-departmentally to drive initiatives, identify potential growth strategies, conduct research on Injective's business topics, foster relationships with partners and community leaders, and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, 1 year in investment banking or fintech company, 1 year in the crypto industry (DeFi preferred), and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 1+ year of experience within investment banking or fintech company
• At least 1 year of experience in the crypto industry (DeFi experience preferred)
• Must be fluent in English
• Proven organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and demonstrate clear work processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast learner
• Represents the values of the company and is a key member of the team

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal leader to drive initiatives, campaigns, and development of promotions
• Identify potential growth strategies and services for existing and prospective products and partnerships
• Work cross functionally with teams to help build out product pipelines and launch strategies
• Conduct competitive analyses and continuous research on Injective’s business topics and market
• Foster new and old relationships with partners and community leaders

Preferred Qualifications

Possess a strong, proven interest in the crypto and DeFi space
