Join OfferFit's growing Business Development team as a BDR Manager! Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), exceeding opportunity generation goals. You will establish and execute a scalable business development strategy, implement and refine processes, and track key performance metrics. Collaborate with various teams to maximize pipeline growth and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment, strong leadership and coaching skills, and proficiency with sales technologies. Requirements
- Experience in Business Development or Sales Development roles within a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing BDR or SDR teams with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and strategies for high ACV (>$250k) enterprise deals, including account mapping within Enterprise accounts
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing and empowering talent
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to optimize performance and execute on strategic decisions
- Experience with BD/Sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks) and best practices within those tools
- Strong collaboration skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed opportunity generation goals
- Establish and execute a scalable business development strategy in alignment with OfferFit's overall GTM strategy
- Implement and refine BD processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in outbound lead generation efforts
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align prospecting efforts and maximize pipeline growth
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to the team on outreach best practices, sales messaging, and prospecting strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to ensure the team remains innovative and effective
- Participate in key prospecting activities and contribute to pipeline development
Preferred Qualifications
Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events

- The base salary range for this position in the United States is $105,000 - $119,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional commissions and bonus of $72,000
- Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package
