Join Sinch, a global leader in CPaaS and mobile customer engagement, as a Sales Development Manager to drive pipeline growth and lead generation. Lead and develop a team of inbound and outbound SDRs, optimizing processes and ensuring high lead conversion rates. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to refine lead qualification and enhance outreach strategies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with coaching and process improvement skills in a high-growth B2B SaaS/CPaaS environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing SDRs, developing a high-performance culture, and owning MQL & SQL generation goals. You will also oversee inbound lead qualification, develop outbound prospecting strategies, and collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development, business development, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or CPaaS environment
- Expereince leading SDR or BDR teams, with a track record of driving pipeline growth
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.) and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
- Understanding of ABM, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead conversion best practices
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support a high-performing team
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and optimize sales metrics and pipeline trends
- Collaborative approach, able to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Inbound & Outbound SDRs, ensuring they meet performance targets
- Develop a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and fostering professional growth
- Own MQL & SQL generation goals, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline
- Oversee inbound lead qualification, ensuring fast response times and effective nurturing
- Develop and refine outbound prospecting strategies, equipping SDRs with the right messaging and tactics to engage key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns, webinar follow-ups, and event-driven lead outreach
- Implement data-driven lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.) to improve conversion rates
- Define SDR KPIs (e.g., response times, conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize performance
- Work with Revenue Operations to improve CRM hygiene, automation, and reporting processes
- Partner with Product & Enablement Teams to ensure SDRs are well-equipped with knowledge of Sinchβs solutions and competitive positioning
