Summary

Requirements
- Two to three years of Sales Development Representative experience
- Experience working for a large staffing company, BDR, or HR company
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on crafting compelling emails
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily outbound email targets
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily to potential clients
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
- Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them to account managers for further development
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage and prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
