Requirements

• Two to three years of Sales Development Representative experience
• Experience working for a large staffing company, BDR, or HR company
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on crafting compelling emails
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily outbound email targets
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily to potential clients
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
• Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them to account managers for further development
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Manage and prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
