Join Imagine Pediatrics as a Behavioral Health Clinical Educator and play a critical role in supporting the clinical development and education of behavioral health professionals. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure high-quality, family-centered care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related behavioral health field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the behavioral health population
• Strong understanding of child/adolescent behavioral health conditions, evidence-based treatments, and value-based care principles
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, and virtual training tools

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and continuing education sessions for behavioral health providers
• Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to behavioral health staff
• Collaborate with quality teams to identify gaps in clinical competencies and develop targeted interventions
• Utilize clinical data, outcome measures, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs
• Assist in the development and revision of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
• Create educational materials, guides, and resources for clinicians and families
• Provide training for various electronic medical records and software
• Design compelling training for wide audiences and skill levels
