Summary

Join Imagine Pediatrics as a Behavioral Health Clinical Educator. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for behavioral health professionals, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance competencies, improve patient outcomes, and ensure adherence to value-based care principles.

Requirements

  • Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, clinical assessment, and program development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related behavioral health field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with the behavioral health population
  • Strong understanding of child/adolescent behavioral health conditions, evidence-based treatments, and value-based care principles
  • Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving pediatric behavioral health care
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, and virtual training tools
  • Experience working with a pediatric population required, virtual care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create, coordinate, and deliver training programs for behavioral health providers
  • Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to behavioral health staff
  • Collaborate with quality teams to identify gaps in clinical competencies
  • Utilize clinical data, outcome measures, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs
  • Assist in the development and revision of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Create educational materials, guides, and resources for clinicians and families
  • Provide training for various electronic medical records and software
  • Design compelling training for wide audiences and skill levels
  • Travel to Imagine Pediatrics' offices to train on various content or reinforce adherence to process (30% travel required)
