Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required

- Ability to speak directly to clients in a manner that inspires confidence
- Experience collaborating within a team
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion; high level of integrity
- Service oriented, very interactive
Responsibilities
- Answer calls on our Benefits Helpline, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
- Follow up on questions via phone and email
- Document all communications
- Run reports to determine benefits eligibility, and use resources to research discrepancies
- Use MS Excel to track, update, and reconcile information
Preferred Qualifications
- One year or more call center experience managing inbound calls strongly preferred
- Experience with online enrollment, SAP, or HRIS
