Summary

Join Tide's Payments Product Operations team as a data-driven Product Operations Manager! Oversee key payment products in the UK market, collaborating with various teams including member support, financial crime, finance, tech, product, and suppliers. This role requires at least four years of experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations, a strong understanding of the UK financial market, and excellent communication skills. You will support Product Managers, engage with external partners, present research, and act as the voice of the customer. Requirements

  • Have at least four years of work experience in finance, consulting, technology or operations
  • Have a good understanding of the UK financial market
  • Be organised - can deliver complex projects spanning multiple work streams and functional areas
  • Be responsible - we need to be able to trust you to own projects with minimal oversight, but to bring in help when needed
  • Be proactive - you’ll need to enjoy the challenge of continuously improving processes and always be on the hunt for the next problem that needs to be fixed!
  • Have a strong attention to detail - you need a sixth sense for when things don’t look right and the conviction to investigate whether it’s a larger problem!
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - you’ll be explaining the root causes of problems to management and working with providers to get to the bottom of problems
  • Be resilient - you’re willing to spend the time it takes to discover where a problem lies and not stop until it’s solved
  • Be customer-focused and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers to manage cross functional technical projects
  • Engage with external partners to agree on SLAs and performance
  • Interact with VP level and present research to internal and external audiences
  • Act as the voice of the customer. You will wear tide member’s goggles to define a smooth experience
  • Provide support to the rest of Operations worldwide. Guiding the operations community towards constant improvement
