Summary
Join Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) as a remote Benefits Administrator anywhere in the US! You will be the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, processing leaves of absence, and managing benefit-related changes in the HRIS system. Responsibilities include processing legal documents, administering time off plans, and reconciling vendor invoices. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of benefit or HR administration experience, is fluent in Spanish, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and Workday experience is a plus. Requirements
- Benefit Administration including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD
- Working knowledge of and processing of leaves of absence
- Working knowledge of laws, compliance and related reporting including COBRA, FMLA, ACA and HIPPA
- Written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines
- MUST be fluent in Spanish
- 1 - 2 years prior benefit or HR administration experience
- Experience process LOA's
- Workday experience
- Bachelorโs Degree and/or equivalent combo of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, while appropriately escalating complex cases
- Process state disability forms, LOAs, NMSOโs, QMCSOs
- Complete monthly vendor payments
- First point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist with the processing of all Leave of Absences
- Process benefit-related changes in HRIS system pertaining to new hires, rehires, life events, terminations, and open enrollment
- Complete National Medical Support Notices (NMSN), Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO) and other legally requested documents
- Assist with the administration of time off plans
- Complete monthly vendor invoice reconciliation and payment
