Remote Bid Coordinator

Summary

Join our growing Global Pre Sales team as a Bid Coordinator and play a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses. You will be responsible for working internally with different teams and occasionally with external prospective clients, providing technical and functional write-ups for our suite of KYX platforms.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficient skills in Spanish
• 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
• Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
• Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products

Preferred Qualifications

• Some familiarity with “know your customer” (KYC) compliance regulations and competitors
• Technical Background
