Bid Manager

Summary

Join Valiantys, a global leader in Atlassian consulting, as a Bid Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead and coordinate responses to client procurement requests, including RFPs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end bid process, organizing bid launch workshops, drafting and refining proposal content, maintaining the bid content library, tracking bid performance metrics, and leading cross-functional bid teams. You will need proven experience managing complex bids, strong project management skills, exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills, and fluency in English and the local language. Requirements

• You have proven experience managing complex bids, preferably within a tech or IT environment
• You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Your writing, analytical, and communication skills are exceptional, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail
• You’re able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You also bring excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities—someone who can inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward a common goal
• Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken, are required

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and compliant submission of proposals
• Organize bid launch workshops, define response strategies, and coordinate internal contributors
• Draft, structure, and refine proposal content in collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams
• Maintain and enhance our bid content library for relevance, quality, and consistency
• Track bid performance metrics, win/loss ratios, and client feedback to support continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional bid teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment
