Summary

Beyond Finance is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in their financial hardship programs. CSRs will complete a 4-week training program and provide superior customer service over the phone, handle difficult calls courteously and professionally, document request outcomes, and work efficiently to resolve client requests. The role is remote and requires call center experience, bilingual skills in Spanish, a reliable high-speed internet connection, technical proficiency with CRM systems, strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, time management skills, empathy for customer issues, and the ability to work from home.

Requirements

  • 1 year call center experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Reliable, High Speed, Internet connection
  • Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management system (CRM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a best-in-class customer service experience over the phone by responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs
  • Through demonstrated effective listening, analyze client problems and provide information and solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle a high volume of clients in a work from home call center environment
