Requirements

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills

  • Empathy and confidence in both written and verbal interactions with customers
  • Expertise in chat and email etiquette, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at a moderate level
  • 2+ years of technical/product support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations patiently and professionally

Responsibilities

  • Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls daily, providing fast and effective solutions
  • Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Complete necessary follow-up documentation after each interaction
  • Provide an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction
  • Strive to meet service and operational goals, including call abandonment rates, email response times, and returns processing
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • A college or university degree is an asset
