Summary

Join Think Academy, the international brand of TAL, as a remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Advisor) and contribute to providing high-quality educational services to a global community of learners. This full-time position requires fluency in both English and Mandarin and involves providing course consultations, proactive outreach to potential customers, and offering excellent customer service to existing clientele. You will be responsible for fully understanding the company's courses and educational services, answering questions from potential students, and helping them choose the most suitable course. You will also follow up with potential students from initial contact to final registration, providing full support, including course consultation and appointment audition. Additionally, you will complete daily system tasks related to new course openings, student transfers, refunds, course materials, and other educational services. You will also assist teaching staff with tasks such as gathering student feedback, coordinating teacher schedules, and participating in course quality assessments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both read and written)
  • Bachelor degree or above, experience in education, sales or customer service is preferred
  • Warm and outgoing, have excellent communication skills, good at listening and understanding customer needs
  • With good sales skills and keen market insight, can independently carry out transformation work
  • Have a strong sense of customer service, able to deal with various problems and complaints of students
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure and able to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the courses and educational services provided by the company, and clearly and accurately introduce the course content, advantages and values to potential students; Answer questions from potential students and help them choose the most suitable course
  • Follow up the intention of potential students, from the initial contact to the final registration, provide full support, including not limited to course consultation, appointment audition, etc., and ultimately achieve the success of students to select the right long-term course
  • Complete the daily system of new course opening, student transfer, refund, course materials mail and other educational services
  • Assist teaching staff with other tasks as needed, such as gathering student feedback, coordinating teacher schedules, and participating in course quality assessments
