Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Requirements

• Be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude with professionalism and patience
• Be able to follow knowledge base instructions precisely per contract requirements
• Have strong multitasking abilities (typing while talking)
• Achieve a typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• Reside in Indiana and be able to pick up equipment in Downtown Indianapolis
• Use a Desktop or Laptop (MacOS, tablets, Chromebooks, and Android devices are NOT compatible)
• Have a Windows 10 Operating System
• Have 8GB RAM or higher
• Have an Intel i5 9500 / Ryzen 3 3100 processor or better
• Have a 256GB SSD with at least 100GB free space

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in both Spanish and English regarding orders, products, and services
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns following established procedures
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries professionally, sensitively, and diplomatically
• Troubleshoot technical issues using step-by-step solutions outlined in knowledge base articles
• Strive for positive customer satisfaction survey results by delivering top-tier service

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Be a reliable and self-motivated team player
