Requirements
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Able to work Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 6PM MST
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and databases
- A confident, professional, and self-motivated demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email
- Serving business owners, agents, and bookkeepers with questions or concerns related to insurance audits
- Demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism when handling complaints or conflicts
- Accurately recording and relaying information to ensure audit timelines and standards are met
- Providing timely responses and support to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues
