Requirements

• Fluency in German (B2 level or higher)
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email
• Log and manage queries using internal ticketing systems
• Provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more
• Maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual performance metrics
