Sales Recruiter

Summary

Join Intermex Wire Transfer as a Sales-Focused Recruiter and support our West Coast sales team by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring territory/field sales representatives. This position offers a base salary plus commissions, a rarity for corporate recruiters. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and referral networks to build a robust sales pipeline using Greenhouse CRM. Collaboration with the Regional VP and HR Onboarding Specialist is key throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting, focusing on sales positions, and possess excellent communication skills. Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is required.

Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing B2B Sales Talent
• Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network
• 2 years minimum in Agency and or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions
• Bachelor's Degree, or Associates
• Experience with an ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
• Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire territory/field sales representatives for the West Coast sales team
• Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings
• Partner with the Regional VP during the sourcing cycle
• Develop a robust Sales pipeline using the Greenhouse CRM
• Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation
