Summary
Join Intermex Wire Transfer, a leading fintech company, as a Sales-Focused Recruiter! Based in the Central/Pacific time zone, you will support our Central and West Coast sales teams by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring territory/field sales representatives. This role offers a base salary plus commissions, a rarity for corporate recruiters. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and your referral network to build a robust sales pipeline using Greenhouse CRM. Collaboration with the Regional VP and HR Onboarding Specialist is key. Requirements
- Proven track record sourcing B2B Sales Talent
- Daily use of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and developing a referral network
- 2 years minimum in Agency and or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associates
- Experience with an ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish verbal communication skills in both languages
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and hire territory/field sales representatives for the Central and West Coast sales teams
- Manage and maintain Greenhouse ATS and assigned territory openings
- Partner with the Regional VP during the sourcing cycle
- Develop a robust Sales pipeline using the Greenhouse CRM
- Partner with HR Onboarding Specialist on new hire processing and orientation
