Requirements

  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Have a BA or MA degree

Responsibilities

  • Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
  • Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
  • Reply to client messages in the case management system
  • Work on reference letter projects
  • Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client’s projects on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned
