Responsibilities

• Support customers in navigating options and choosing the right products
• Interact with customers and sell products online using the video chat function
• Collaborate with Optimy Tool to monitor website traffic and identify potential candidate interactions
• Provide exceptional pre-sale engagement, including identifying customer needs and solutions to drive sales within the organization
