Summary

TorkLaw is seeking a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills for a Case Manager position in their personal Injury law firm. The role involves handling the pre-litigation phase of personal injury cases and requires a kind, compassionate, responsible, trustworthy, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, authentic, ethical, accountable individual with 3+ years of experience (or equivalent education) in a similar role.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Ideally 3+ years if experience in a similar role (or combined with equivalent education)

  • Strategic Management of Client Cases
  • File Organization & Maintenance
  • Streamlined Communication
  • Legal Document Preparation
  • Evidence and Record Compilation
  • Property Damage Claim Resolution
  • Lien Negotiation
  • Deadline Tracking
  • Medical Treatment Coordination
  • Case Progress Oversight
