Bilingual Case Manager

Summary

TorkLaw is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a Case Manager position in their personal injury law firm. The Case Manager will handle the pre-litigation phase of personal injury cases, establish relationships with clients, and collaborate with staff attorneys and support team. The ideal candidate should be kind, compassionate, responsible, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, authentic, ethical, accountable for results, and bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle the pre-litigation phase of personal injury cases from inception to settlement
• Establish caring relationships with clients
• Collaborate with staff attorneys and support team
• Have extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in legal cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role
