Billing Analyst

Mitratech seeks a highly motivated Billing Analyst to process invoices, resolve billing/renewal issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with various departments and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have billing experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of billing experience
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency or fluency in English - written and verbal
• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in Microsoft Excel is required

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts
• Review customer contracts and orders for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our revenue recognition policies
• Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives
• Assist the management team with preparation of reports and analysis
• Field Customer inquiries relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations
• Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce billing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business related discipline
