Blockchain Lead Developer

Summary

Join our technology company, established in 2008, as a Blockchain Lead Developer! We're a remote-based team creating innovative fintech solutions using blockchain technology. You will develop core smart contracts, deploy token contracts, and integrate with backend systems. This role requires 3+ years of smart contract development experience, proficiency in Solidity, and experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You'll work closely with a small team on important projects from the start. We offer competitive hourly rates (PLN 190-235/hour).

Requirements

• Experience writing Layer 1 code (e.g. EVM, Tendermint)
• 3+ years of experience in smart contract development
• Proficiency in Solidity language
• Knowledge of token standards: ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, gas optimization and token security
• Experience with smart contract integration into backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB)
• Understanding of MongoDB database structure
• Third-party API integration
• Experience with Git version control
• Proficiency in English communication

Responsibilities

• Develop the core smart contracts on multiple chains
• Write and deploy token contracts
• Work with blockchain strategy, market analysis, smart contracts and backend integrations
• Develop puzzles and challenges for developers to crack
• Work closely with a small team and take ownership of important projects from the get-go
