Responsibilities
- Format and arrange text and images using Google Docs, MS Word, and Canva
- Design and structure Table of Contents / Index Pages with proper linking (for eBooks) and clean layout (for print books)
- Apply consistent formatting: fonts, headings, spacing, paragraph styles, line heights, and alignment
- Insert and customize Headers & Footers (e.g., page numbers, chapter titles, brand elements)
- Add watermarks (logos or text) as per branding and copyright requirements
- Properly position and format images, tables, and graphics to enhance visual appeal
- Prepare and export PDFs for digital sharing and print-ready PDFs with correct margins, bleeds, and resolution
- Ensure the design meets publishing standards and maintains brand consistency
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and marketers to ensure accurate and timely delivery
