Summary

Join Uberall as a Partner Marketing Manager and be responsible for tailoring product launches to resellers and developing impactful marketing programs to drive demand and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, product marketing, sales, and partner account managers. Define and execute the Partner Marketing Strategy for resellers and technology/alliance partners. Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to deliver seamless product launches, ensuring high-quality materials and communications are delivered to partners. Drive partner and sales enablement by developing effective collateral and training resources. Build stakeholder relationships with assigned partners to identify marketing opportunities and ensure adoption of Uberall solutions. Create and roll out engaging multi-channel partner marketing campaigns. Monitor industry trends and support the strategy and development of the Partner Advisory Board. Improve and apply processes to ensure program success and measure outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign creation across all marketing segments, working with channel partners
  • Ability to translate the product into strong value propositions for the partner channels and
  • Experience in product launches in an indirect model
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Resilient, tenacious and outcome-focused
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly to matters and transmit confidence and professionalism to partners across all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Love for technology and marketing
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, formulate partnership strategies, and drive business outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Partner Marketing Strategy for the resellers and Technology/Alliances partners this will include developing a GTM adapted to each partner type, and executing on impactful activities to enable and drive revenue with our partners
  • Work in close cross-collaboration with Product and Product Marketing to deliver seamless product launches for our resellers, including understanding product value and translating  it into compelling messaging that appeals to our partners
  • Coordinate all marketing aspects of the partnership, ensuring high-quality materials and communications are delivered to partners, including emails, newsletters, and launch announcements
  • Drive partner and sales enablement in close collaboration with Product Marketing, developing effective collateral, training resources, and activation materials that empower both partners and internal teams
  • Build stakeholder relationships with assigned partners to identify marketing opportunities, build/enhance value propositions, and ensure adoption of the Uberall solutions
  • Create and roll out engaging multi-channel partner marketing campaigns/initiatives that measurably contribute to pipeline (i.e events. Webinars, joint content creation, promotional bundles, etc…)
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to help identify potential partnership opportunities and threats
  • Support the strategy and development of the Partner Advisory Board
  • Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success and measure outcomes and share with key internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in saas, Industry knowledge will be a plus
