Summary

Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer, for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing bookings, communicating with tenants and property managers, and achieving KPI goals. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service, exposure to inbound and outbound calling, experience in the property market or maintenance services industry, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Experience working in property market or maintenance services industry

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Schedule: Monday โ€“ Fridayย (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Responsibilities

  • Handling booking enquiries via email and phone- Inbound
  • Calling and emailing tenants to arrange appointments- Outbound
  • Processing bookings using operating systems in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Communicating with tenantโ€™s, property managers and field staff
  • Achieving KPI goals
  • Working and communicating with different departments within the company
  • Updating job notes and capturing relevant information pertaining that a job
