Summary
Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer, for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing bookings, communicating with tenants and property managers, and achieving KPI goals. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service, exposure to inbound and outbound calling, experience in the property market or maintenance services industry, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM tools.
Requirements

- Schedule: Monday β FridayΒ (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
Responsibilities
- Handling booking enquiries via email and phone- Inbound
- Calling and emailing tenants to arrange appointments- Outbound
- Processing bookings using operating systems in accordance with policies and procedures
- Communicating with tenantβs, property managers and field staff
- Achieving KPI goals
- Working and communicating with different departments within the company
- Updating job notes and capturing relevant information pertaining that a job
