Summary

Join TrekkSoft as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for their online booking software. This hands-on position involves closing deals, collaborating with marketing on pipeline development, and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, prospecting new customers, and managing the sales pipeline in HubSpot. Success in this role requires strong B2B SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the travel industry. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an inbound or outbound sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Exposure to Marketing & Sales planning
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Passion for the tourism industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong experience owning and managing marketing and sales pipelines in Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Tech-savvy with strong abilities to learn and explain software functionalities

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with TrekkSoft’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, develop top-of-funnel strategies (ToF) in collaboration with Marketing, and continuously explore new lead sources
  • Outreach: Engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate interest and drive opportunities
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored product demonstrations that focus on customer pain points and highlight how TrekkSoft adds value to their business
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects. Represent TrekkSoft at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company’s reach and visibility
  • Negotiation & Closing: Address objections, manage pricing discussions, and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Strategic Sales & Marketing Alignment: Contribute to defining the overall sales and marketing approach based on product positioning, market trends, and available resources
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, refine the product-market fit, and articulate clear and compelling USPs
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly review and report on sales and marketing KPIs to senior management
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage and continuously refine sales metrics and dashboards to drive informed, strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Additional language, e.g., Spanish, German, etc., is a strong plus
