Responsibilities
- Handle personal and business bills, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping
- Organize bills and maintain an efficient filing system
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Manage expense tracking and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth financial operations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
